I have been with Royal LePage for all 12 years of my real estate career and I love belonging to a company with a positive, supportive & professional reputation. I was attracted to Royal LePage because a friend of mine was already a Realtor there; and now 12 years later we are both still here! This company has a ton of loyal, experienced agents with excellent reputations amongst our peers in the industry. Royal LePage honours its agents every year by giving out performance awards that we can use in our social media advertising, and puts on a fun Awards Gala to mix & mingle with our top producing peers! There is a national conference every 2 years to encourage connection to other Royal LePagers in other provinces that often lead to referrals and more earning potential. Our office has an excellent training program and support staff to help new agents learn the ropes. I am so glad I chose to work at Royal LePage and I'm confident you will be too.
